Our Aims

Our Aims are for all children to be encouraged to be themselves and to:

  • Grow in self-confidence, experience success and thus develop a good self-image

  • Develop at their own rate through challenging, progressive play

  • Learn to play co-operatively and share with others

  • Communicate thoughts, ideas and feelings clearly to both adults and children

  • Deepen and lengthen concentration through their natural spontaneous curiosity and interests

  • Choose and explore a wide range of materials which allow them to express themselves    

      appropriately and creatively

  • Share in the wonder and excitement created by books, stories, songs, rhymes, music and

      the natural environment

  • Appreciate and practice social skills and learning to care for others

Free Entitlement

* Some 2 year old children will be eligible for free 15 hours free entitlement, for more info please ask.

We are offering up to 30 hours free entitlement from subject to eligibility.

If your child qualifies for free entitlement, this session will be free up to a maximum of 15 hours per week. For hours outside the free entitlement hours (if you want to use more than 15 hours a week) we will charge £5.00 per hour.

The free entitlement can be used for the morning and/or afternoon sessions (it can include the lunch hour.

 

Tax free Childcare

 You can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2000 a year) for each of your    children to help with the costs of childcare. This goes up to £1000 every 3 months if  a child is disabled (up to £4000 a year).

 If you get Tax-Free childcare, you'll set up an online childcare account for your child.  For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay in £2 to use to pay

  your childcare.

By Car

If travelling from Havant follow the A259 through Emsworth, Southbourne and Nutbourne, at the Bosham Roundabout take the 4th exit (A259) take the first turning on the left  into Brooks Lane. St Nicholas Church Hall is halfway into the road on the right opposite M’Tongue Avenue.

If travelling from Chichester follow the A259 through Fishbourne into Bosham After Hillier’s Garden Centre turn right into Brooks Lane and St Nisholas Church Hall is Halfway into the road on the right opposite M’Tongue Avenue.

 

By Train

Bosham has a train station, when arriving at the station, exit left and after the shops, turn left into Williams Road, walk to the end of this road and turn right into Brooks Lane, walk a little way and St Nicholas Church Hall is on your left opposite M’Tongue Avenue.

 

By Bus

A regular bus service runs along the A259 and has good access for pushchairs, a ticket to The Swan Pub will be the nearest stop on the A259, you can then follow the directions above for By Car
